Job Description

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and maintenance of a diverse portfolio of properties which includes a retirement community, a farm with agriculture and animals, and multiple homes for short-term rentals (Airbnb). Your role will be located in Kottayam and Munnar. Key Responsibilities: - Manage staff and coordinate their activities - Ensure maintenance and repairs of properties - Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations - Handle resident relations effectively - Manage budgets and prepare financial reports - Organize events and activities to enhance resident experience Qualifications Required: - Possess property management, facility management, and real estate management skills - Experience in handling budgets, financial reporting, and cost management - Strong leadership, staff management, and team-building skills - Excellent communication, resident relations, and customer service skills - Knowledge of safety and health regulations - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency in property management software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in senior living or healthcare facilities is a plus This role will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your skills in managing diverse properties and enhancing the living experience of residents.,
