Property Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our hotel property in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and effective supervision of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high service standards.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and front-office teams.
• Monitor property upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of issues.
• Handle guest concerns and service requests to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Maintain vendor coordination for repairs, supplies, and outsourced services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Support in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control related to property management.
• Prepare periodic reports on operations, occupancy, and maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in property/hotel operations or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, maintenance, and customer service.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage on-ground teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle day-to-day operational challenges.
• Based in or willing to work from Varanasi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
