Property Manager

Job Description: As a Property Manager at Zostel Franchisee, you will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the hostel, including Reception/Travel, Bar, Cafe, Kitchen, and In-house Atmosphere. Your role may involve temporary or permanent crossover to other outlets based on your skills, ambitions, and business requirements. You will report directly to the Zostel Franchisee and work collaboratively with a great team across all front line departments. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the guest journey to create a unique Zostel experience - Handle guest complaints personally and ensure resolutions - Explore the city, embrace ethnic traditions, and offer unique experiences - Comply with company policies and handle cash transactions on duty - Master point of sale or property management systems - Ensure social spaces reflect the Zostel brand and culture Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality/service industry - Passion for your city, travel, and trending food and drink concepts - Knowledge of local art, music, and culture - Enthusiasm for providing exceptional service - Familiarity with social media and user-generated reviews for marketing purposes Additional Details: You will work closely with the Zostel Franchisee team and not the Zostel Central Team.
