Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position located in Noida. The Sales Executive will identify and connect with prospective clients, provide end-to-end real estate advisory services, and build lasting relationships. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions, conducting site visits, offering tailored real estate solutions, and negotiating deals. The role requires effective communication, market analysis, and collaboration with teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends, residential and commercial property segments, and client solutions
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and consultative sales
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Confidence in conducting property site visits and delivering presentations
• Prior experience in sales or real estate would be advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a team setting
