The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and implementing sales plans, providing training and support to the sales team, identifying market opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will report performance metrics and work closely with other departments to meet organizational objectives. Qualifications Strong sales skills, including business development, relationship management, and negotiation Proficiency in developing and executing strategic sales plans Demonstrated ability in team leadership, performance management, and training Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills Data analysis and reporting skills to evaluate sales performance and drive growth Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools Understanding of real estate market trends and investment strategies Proven experience in property sales or real estate is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
