Property Advisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Handling & Lead Management

• Contact and follow up with potential buyers from company-generated leads.
  
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  
• Maintain regular communication with clients to build trust and long-term relationships.
  

2. Property Sales & Conversions

• Present and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and USPs to clients.
  
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

3. Site Visit Coordination

• Arrange and conduct site visits for interested clients.
  
• Showcase project highlights and guide clients through the property features confidently.
  
• Ensure the best customer experience during visits.
  

4. Builder & Developer Coordination

• Coordinate with builder sales teams for pricing, inventory, offers, and project updates.
  
• Maintain updated knowledge of all project details assigned.
  

5. Market & Project Knowledge

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and new projects.
  
• Prepare and share regular market insights with the team.
  

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Update CRM with client interactions and follow-ups.
  
• Ensure complete documentation for completed bookings.
  
• Share daily sales reports with the team manager.

• Ability to understand and explain real estate products
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven
  
• Good presentation skills
  
• Basic computer literacy (CRM, WhatsApp, Email, Excel)
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (Any field), MBA preferred
  
• Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
  
• Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage
  
• Own vehicle preferred for site visits
  

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary:

  22000 – 60000 (based on experience)
