Job Title: PropCare Head – Interior Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PropCare Head – Interior Sales Manager to lead and oversee our interior design and after-sales vertical (PropCare). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, coordinating with design and operations teams, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in interior projects and property care.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Lead the PropCare Sales Team and oversee all interior sales and post-sales activities.
  • Manage end-to-end client interactions, from inquiry handling to project closure.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities, tie-ups, and partnerships to expand the PropCare division.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and offer customized interior solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, billing, and client feedback to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure proper coordination with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance data for management review.
  • Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve efficiency and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Sales, Project Management, or Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and handling high-value interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of design process, costing, and client servicing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
