Promotion Executive (Off Trade)

FiftySixShots Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Promotion Executive (Off-Trade) to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement across retail outlets such as supermarkets, wine shops, and other off-trade channels. The role involves executing in-store promotions, enhancing product visibility, supporting sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Promotion Execution Execute brand promotion activities as per the marketing calendar. Conduct in-store activations, sampling, and product demonstrations. Ensure proper placement and visibility of promotional materials (standees, banners, wobblers, display racks, etc.). Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand consistency at outlets. Coordinate with the marketing team for effective campaign execution. 2. Retail Outlet Management Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and staff. Identify and onboard new off-trade outlets to expand brand presence. Ensure optimal shelf placement and visibility at retail locations. Collect retailer and consumer feedback to improve promotional effectiveness. 3. Sales Support Support the sales team in achieving targets through promotional initiatives. Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability during promotions. Assist in executing promotional offers and schemes to boost sales. 4. Branding & Visibility Execute POSM placements and in-store branding activities. Ensure all branding materials are well-maintained and compliant with brand guidelines. Monitor competitor activities and report market insights. 5. Events & Activations Assist in executing local events, product launches, and brand activations. Coordinate logistics, promoters, and materials for on-ground activities. Supervise promoters to ensure professional execution and engagement. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of promotions, outlet performance, and stock movement. Submit daily/weekly activity and market reports. Prepare post-activation reports with insights and recommendations. 7. Compliance Ensure all activities comply with excise laws and local regulations.
