In this role you will be responsible for:

• Manage multiple electronic archiving projects from initial request through post-Production testing
• Manage and track to standardized procedures for each electronic archiving product (i.e. Electronic Records Archive, IBM Content Manage On Demand, Archive360)
• Collaborate with Information Management, Information Technology System Owners (ITSO), and production
• operations teams to prioritize and resolve any issues associated with electronic archiving projects
• Provide overviews of the different archiving processes and the requirements for each, to system owners, business owners, or other inquiries
• Field questions from system owners and direct them to the appropriate groups
• Participate in end-user functional testing of software products.

Requirements for this role include:

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in technology
• Very strong technical and analytical skills to drive projects forward and resolve issues
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and client services skills at all organizational levels
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes
• Knowledge of information and archiving lifecycle phases
• Self-motivated and strong team player
• Ability to multi-task responsibilities while cognizant of deadlines
• Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft skills particularly Excel, Word, and Visio
• Familiar with ServiceNow and Agile platforms
• Should be flexible in working in night shifts
