In this role, your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing high-value project sales opportunities in industries like construction, real estate, infrastructure, or manufacturing. - Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, contractors, architects, and procurement teams. - Negotiating and closing large-scale deals to ensure profitable outcomes. - Overseeing the entire sales lifecycle for large projects, from lead generation to contract finalization. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. - Ensuring timely delivery of project sales commitments and managing post-sales support, including customer satisfaction and account management. - Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches. - Identifying new business opportunities and recommending market expansion strategies. - Providing feedback to product and management teams to enhance offerings based on client needs. - Working closely with project management, operations, and finance teams to align sales goals with project execution. - Collaborating with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to project sales. - Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations. - Tracking sales performance through CRM and sales reports, providing regular updates to senior management. - Developing forecasts and sales projections based on market conditions. - Optimizing sales strategies based on data-driven insights and client feedback. Key Skills & Qualifications required for this role: - Strong experience in B2B or project-based sales within industries such as Building Material, construction, industrial equipment, infrastructure, or real estate. - Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Understanding of project management principles and contract negotiation. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. - Technical proficiency in the relevant modular industry. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The preferred experience level for this role is 6 years in Building Material and B2B sales.
