Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Executive - Bespoke Lighting located in Faridabad. The Project Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves developing bespoke lighting solutions to meet client needs and collaborating closely with our design and production teams. Additionally, the Project Sales Executive will provide market feedback to help shape our product offerings and strategies. ✨ Responsibilities Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and various lead-generation strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and project management consultants (PMCs) Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and expand market presence Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement Share insights and feedback with management regarding market trends, competitive landscape, and potential improvements Represent Sketch Lighting at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and forge new partnerships Maintain detailed and organized records of meetings, sales pipeline, weekly journey cycles, brand specifications in tenders, and other business development activities 🎓 Qualifications Open to freshers and experienced candidates (6 months to 3 years) in architectural product sales or institutional sales Strong sales acumen with excellent marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build client relationships and drive results Bachelor’s degree in marketing , Business Administration , or a related field Experience in the lighting industry is a plus, but not mandatory Background in sectors like furniture, plywood, wood, glass, doors & windows, tiles, finishes, fire safety, and building materials is preferred 🙌 Referrals are always appreciated!
