Project Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor (2–5 Years Experience) Role Overview As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in cost planning, estimation, and financial control across Trine’s diverse real estate projects. You’ll collaborate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure optimal value delivery while upholding Trine’s ESG and quality standards. ________________________________________ 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation • Conduct rate analysis and value engineering for residential and commercial projects • Monitor project budgets, track variations, and manage cost control systems • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants for cost negotiations and billing validation • Support ESG-aligned procurement practices and sustainable material benchmarking • Assist in contract administration, including pre- and post-award activities • Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reporting ________________________________________ 🎓 Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying • 2–5 years of experience in QS roles within real estate or infrastructure projects • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX) • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and material specifications • Familiarity with ESG principles and sustainable construction practices is a plus
