Job Description

We are looking for a receptionist to oversee and maintain the clubhouses in ourflagship community, Job Responsibilities Keep a tidy and orderly workspace Taking bookings and cancellations, usually by phone, email or face-to-face and recording the information on computer Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly when necessary Enforce adherence to regulations, company SOPs, and quality standards Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently Review and prepare reports for senior management Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and key customers Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors and management Job Qualifications Ability to commute or relocate to the Hosur/Sarjapur Area (preferably already residing in Hosur area) 1-2 years in experiencing working as a hotel receptionist/ receptionist Well Educated with a high school diploma/or suitable equivalent Well presentable Must be well-organised and detail-oriented Excellent communication and pleasing personality with interpersonal skills Managerial skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with staff members Knowledge of best practices for customer service, resort operations Hands-on experience with MS Office and relevant software Positive attitude: support others, taking ownership and responsibility outside the prescribed points Fluent in English and Hindi, Kannada is a plus Ability to effectively be flexible in approach, and respond well to pressure
