Guest Relation Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as a Guest Relations Specialist at Navayuga Health Organisation & Charitable Trust in Tirupati Urban. Your main responsibilities will include managing guest relations, providing excellent customer service, effectively communicating with guests, enhancing customer experience, and handling sales-related inquiries. Your role will require a pleasant demeanor, the ability to manage various guest-related tasks, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Manage guest relations effectively - Provide excellent customer service - Enhance customer experience - Handle sales-related inquiries - Coordinate with multiple departments Qualifications Required: - Strong guest relations skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to enhance customer experience - Sales skills - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Effective time management and multitasking abilities - Experience in a similar role is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous Please note that this is a full-time on-site role with a day shift schedule at the Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh location. Relocation to Tirupati before starting work is preferred. The expected start date for this position is 09/05/2025.
