Job Title: Project Procurement & Sales Training Manager – Real Estate

Project Procurement & Sales Training Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Procurement & Investment Identification (70%)

•       Source and evaluate real estate projects across various states for potential investment, JV, or development.

•       Build and maintain a strong network with builders, developers, brokers, IPCs, and local real estate stakeholders.

•       Conduct due diligence on project legalities, commercial viability, regulatory clearances, and market demand.

•       Analyze project ROI, risks, and alignment with company investment goals.

•       Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams for feasibility analysis and finalizing deal structures.

•       Stay updated with market trends, government regulations, and competitor activities across different regions.

Sales Team Training & On-Floor Coaching (30%)

•       Work closely with regional sales teams to identify performance gaps and training needs.

•       Conduct regular on-floor sessions, roleplays, and live demonstrations to improve closing rates.

•       Train sales executives on product knowledge, objection handling.

•       Set performance metrics and track improvement post-training.

•       Develop and implement sales training SOPs for consistent onboarding and performance boosting.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).

•       5-8 years of experience in real estate project procurement or business development.

•       Proven track record of acquiring profitable real estate projects across geographies.

•       Experience in training and mentoring sales teams in a real estate setup.

•       Strong understanding of real estate laws, RERA regulations, JV/JD structures, and land acquisition.

 

Skills Required:

•       Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.

•       Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

•       Ability to work independently and travel extensively across India.

•       Effective communication and training delivery skills.

•       Strong analytical and project evaluation capabilities.
