Position Title: Planning Engineer

Department: Project Planning

Location: Chikali Pune

Reporting To: Manager/ Head of Service Dept/ CEO

Position Summary:

The Project Planning Engineer is responsible for effectively planning and monitoring production

schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of project

and procurement activities to meet organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning of Products in different Shop based on the capacity and the Pipeline.
• Prepare SOP with dates for all Operations and Project Sequence.
• Understand the Project and Procurement Process and arrange the Loading plan.
• To prepare Status Reports Product wise and Broadcast weekly basis.
• Coordinate within Department for information and report on Progress of manufacture.
• Coordinate with Installation and Sales on readiness of the product .
• Prepare MIS report on the Project delays and action Thereof..
• Coordinate with External vendors On Outsourced Products.
• Review Weekly and Update Status on Pending Customer Orders.
• Has Knowledge about fabrication and Assembly Process.
• Work on Throughput Time of every Process and derive Steps to Optimize time lines.

• Preparation of Dashboards on Manufacturing ,Installation,
• Product data for Senior

Management Review.

• Attend Kick off Meetings and Coordinate to derive Delivery Time Lines.
• Plan Installation of Product in Coordination with Installation Team.
• Communicate with Customer on Installation Requirements, Documents, Site Readiness.
• Update The Customer and Plant on Progress of Installation and work on ERP for

Installation Database.

3.Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualification

Education Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial

preferred).

Experience 4 6 years of relevant experience in production planning and

control
