Proven experience in documentation management, regulatory compliance, or a similar role, preferably in the solar energy industry. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and processes governing open access arrangements for solar energy projects is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Manage the documentation process for open access solar projects, including applications, agreements, permits, and licenses. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines governing open access arrangements for solar energy projects. Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory authorities, utility companies, and other relevant entities for project approval and implementation. Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and legal advisors to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation. Maintain organized records of all documentation related to open access solar projects, including updates, revisions, and approvals. Monitor regulatory changes and updates affecting open access arrangements and communicate implications to the project team. Facilitate communication and correspondence with regulatory authorities, utility companies, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance professionals to support the successful execution of open access solar projects. Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for documentation management and compliance.
