Role & Responsibilities Drive customer acquisition by identifying and onboarding Commercial & Industrial (C&I) power consumers for group captive solar projects under the open access model in assigned geographies. Develop, manage, and grow a strong network of channel partners and consultants for consistent lead generation. Prepare and customize commercial proposals, tariff models, and term sheets, working closely with legal, risk and investment teams on PPA discussions and contract finalization. Conduct in-depth tariff assessment, including landed tariff and energy replacement calculation, analysis of banking regulation, contract demand restrictions, transmission / wheeling charges and losses across different states Lead business presentations and commercial discussions with CXOs, sustainability heads, and energy procurement leaders at target companies. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or an MBA. Graduates from reputed institutions such as NPTI, UPES, or similar will be preferred.
