Role Definition :

Project Planner & Scheduler

Experience

• 10 – 15 years of experience in Project Planning for EPC Projects in Water / Wastewater / Solid Waste Projects / Oil & Gas / Power / Infrastructure.
• Must have hands on expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project & planning dashboards.

Minimum & Preferred Qualification

• BE/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical or equivalent
• PG in Construction/Project Management (Preferred)
• Primavera P6 / MSP Certification – Mandatory
• PMP Certification (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop L1 to L4 project schedules, WBS, resource loading & baselines
• Track progress, update schedules weekly/monthly and create look-ahead plans, catch -up plans
• Generate S-curves, KPIs, resource histograms & progress reports
• Identify delays, analyze critical path & near-critical activities, propose recovery plans
• Perform Delay Analysis, EoT Support, Claims Documentation
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Site Teams
• Interface with clients/consultants for submissions & approvals of schedules
• Maintain schedule records, reports & lessons-learned documentation
