Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solar Project Owner to lead and manage residential rooftop solar projects across Lucknow city. The role requires expertise in project execution, customer management, and team handling. The Project Owner will work closely with project coordinators to ensure timely and quality delivery of solar rooftop installations while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of residential rooftop solar projects in Lucknow.
• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and guide a team of Project Coordinators to achieve project timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, material coordination, and on-site execution.
• Maintain and update project progress reports, documentation, and data records.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards during project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, procurement, and finance) to streamline workflows.
• Build and sustain strong customer relations by providing regular updates and after-sales support.
• Identify and resolve any on-ground challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in residential rooftop solar plant execution.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, installation processes, and project management.
• Demonstrated experience in team handling and leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
