Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and coordination. We're looking for someone who can leverage their expertise to ensure high-quality project delivery and support our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Coordinate technical resolution activities, program reviews, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Strategic Planning: Provide strategic guidance and support to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

3. Excel and PowerPoint: Develop, maintain, and update complex Excel workbooks and PowerPoint presentations.

4. Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills; facilitate HR Intake and Security forums, and host meetings.

5. Budget Management: Assist with labor strategy budget management and coordinate monthly billing.

Required Skills:

1. Microsoft Office 365: 5+ years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Whiteboarding.

2. Strategic Thinking: 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and execution.

3. Project Management: 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technical or finance environment.

4. Budget Management: 5+ years of experience in budget management, preferably in a finance role.

5. Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively, facilitate meetings, and resolve conflicts.

Nice to Have:

1. Soft Skills: Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

2. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies.

3. PowerBuilder: Experience with PowerBuilder.

4. SAP: Experience with SAP.
