Prepare SRS/FRD/BRD and ensure clarity for development teams.

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors for integration and data migration.
Oversee testing, UAT, demonstrations, and training.
Support Go-Live readiness and ensure smooth rollout.
Monitor project performance, ensure QMS compliance, and deliver within timelines.
