Job Description

Requirements 1+ years of professional experience in an Agile-favoring organization. Scrum Master experience in an Agile-favoring organization of at least two years. Solid understanding and working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology, techniques, ceremonies, and frameworks. Ability to churn up sprint reports for leadership. Communication expert, able to talk on behalf of the Scrum team. Good at System analysis, debugging issues, and problem-solving. Experience in working with stakeholders in multiple regions/ countries. Excellent writing skills. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Hands-on working experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence or similar Scrum Master certification.
