Project Manager

VR Automations is on the lookout for a proactive Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of diverse digital projects — ranging from Client Portals and SaaS Modules to Internal Tools, Mobile Apps, API Integrations, and Workflow Automations — for clients across India, the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.

You’ll be the key link between our clients and internal teams (developers, designers, and automation specialists), ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely project execution.

We operate in both No-Code/Low-Code and Traditional Web Development environments, using tools like Airtable, Softr, Make.com, Zapier, and FlutterFlow, alongside full-stack technologies such as MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. While coding is not required, a strong grasp of the web development lifecycle is essential to steer cross-functional teams efficiently.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of web, automation, and SaaS projects across:
• No-Code Tools: Airtable, Softr, Zapier, Make.com, Jotform, FlutterFlow, etc.
• Traditional Tech Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN)
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining smooth and transparent communication.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution using tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Monday.com, Asana.
• Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure aligned progress.
• Handle changing project scopes, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers.
• Maintain quality standards and oversee proper documentation, reporting, and retrospectives.
• Deliver on multiple projects at once, while ensuring all deadlines and quality benchmarks are met.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience managing digital or SaaS-based projects (Web, App, or Automation).
• Understanding of both No-Code platforms and MERN stack-based environments.
• Experience with freelance platforms like Upwork is a plus.
• Proficient in using project tracking and collaboration tools (ClickUp, Airtable, Asana, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and client-handling experience.
• Ability to manage priorities, people, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving attitude.
