Job Description

Please find the JDWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a solid background in Java development and proven experience in managing multiple parallel workstreams..

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & DeliveryLead and manage end-to-end software development projects with a focus on Java-based applications.Coordinate multiple development tracks, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery.Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Technical LeadershipProvide hands-on technical guidance to development teams, especially in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical troubleshooting.Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify project risks and technical bottlenecks early and implement mitigation strategies.Track progress and resolve blockers across multiple workstreams.Client & Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.Provide regular updates, demos, and reports on project status and milestones.

Required Skills & Experience

9+ years of hands-on experience in Java development (Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, etc.)2 to 4 years of experience in technical project management or engineering leadershipStrong understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS)Experience managing multiple parallel development tracksProficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
