Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams, ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, and align with business objectives. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and track project milestones. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate with stakeholders. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements. Act as a servant-leader and coach for Scrum Teams. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized. Identify and remove impediments that obstruct the team's progress. Foster collaboration and self-organization within the team. Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team progress. Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Requirements: 10+ years of project management experience in IT industry. Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Confluence). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I or equivalent) required. 2 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe. Experience using Agile tools (e.g., JIRA). Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
