Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
Oversee schedule, scope, budget, and milestone performance for CSO initiatives.
Collaborate with CSO leadership, support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define project goals and success metrics.
Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change control processes.
Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and service enhancements through consultative analysis.
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure rotational shift coverage and alignment with global support operations.
Maintain documentation and compliance with internal policies and standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor s Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (required); Master s or MBA (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 3 5 years of project management experience, preferably in customer support or service delivery environments.
