Role & Responsibilities:

o As a Project Manager:

§ Serve as the single point of accountability for all assigned insourcing projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

§ Address and resolve any issues arising during the project's progress by collaborating promptly with relevant stakeholders.

§ Foster strong relationships with onshore offices and internal stakeholders through regular meetings, while identifying opportunities for further operational migrations.

§ Coordinate daily activities and facilitate meetings between clients and MGS officials.

§ Document meeting minutes, provide required information, and respond to client inquiries effectively.

§ Plan and execute in sourcing initiatives in alignment with project objectives, collaborating closely with the service team.

§ Organise periodic review meetings with clients and ensure timely provision of necessary information.

§ Manage project timelines and provide accurate MIS reporting to both clients and management.



o As a Business Analyst:

§ Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business needs and requirements using various techniques

§ Solution Definition: Defining functional requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide the development of solutions.

§ Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and user manuals.

§ ·Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations, and ensuring clear communication.

§ Testing and Validation: Coordinating and participating in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.


Required Skills:

o Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

o Proficiency in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.

o Functional BA experience in Banking domain, primarily in Trade and Remittance areas

o Strong expertise in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.

o Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.

o Excellent coordination and time management skills.
