Project Manager

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in line with the company’s strategic objectives. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing client/stakeholder expectations, and ensuring project quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure timely communication and reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, document updates, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Drive process improvement and contribute to organizational growth by applying project management best practices.

Total Exp. Required- 8 to 10 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
