End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, efficient, and sustainable execution.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal departments to meet project goals.
Risk & Budget Management: Maintain risk registers, manage budgets, and ensure financial performance aligns with expectations.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure projects adhere to organization’s quality, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain all project documentation and reporting.
Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to refining project management procedures.
Experience & Skills
Experience: 10+ Years of IT experience and minimum 5 years in project management, preferably in the water sector or digital solutions.
Certifications: PMI or Prince2 certification preferred.
Technical Expertise: Exposure to Microsoft technologies. Enterprise Data Platforms, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
