Role: Bid Specialist

As a Bid Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full tendering process, including bid preparation, submission, and coordination with stakeholders. You will work closely with the business development team to secure government and institutional contracts through GEM Portal, Tender Tiger, and other platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end bid and tendering processes Write, review, and submit proposals as per tender requirements Navigate and utilize government e-procurement portals (GEM, Tender Tiger) Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs and ensure compliance Track tender opportunities and maintain documentation Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and government officials

Qualifications & Skils Proven experience with GEM Portal, Tender Tiger, and other tendering platforms Strong knowledge of bid preparation and proposal writing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail with solid organizational and analytical abilities Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in bid management
