• Name of the position: Project Manager
• Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech , M.E/M.Tech
• Position Description: Deliver New Product, variants and upgrades achieving Q,C,D targets for respective customer segment

• Identify LRP targets for section and identify key actions (Innovation, Customer insights, Analytics, Digital) Understand test standards and design test methods
• Assist program manager to create, review 12 Quarter product plan for respective product line
• Prepare integrated project time plan
• Identify risks & Arrive mitigation plan
• Arrive product concept in term of QCD
• Get project approval from Apex body
• Review project steps as per NPI process
• Product related problems tracking & counter measures
• Coordinate with functions to resolve critical issues
• Deployment of target material cost to system level to part level
• Contribution analysis 1.

• Automotive fundamentals
• Robust understanding of powertrain and its sub system
• Experience of powertrain testing
• Two-wheeler product knowledge
• Test rider experience
