Name of the position: Junior Design Trainer

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Masters degree in Education/Design/Arts/Engineering/Arch

Train interns/designers/freshers in skill and early project development skills this can be through programs or live projects in Accessory/merch design etc. Additionally support design education curriculum/liason with internal advisors as well as with design schools for internal designers and engineneers in TVSM.

Train interns/designers/freshers in skill and early project development skills

Support live short term projects in Accessory/merch design etc.

Support design education curriculum/liason with internal advisors as well as with design schools for internal designers and engineneers in TVSM.

Write QSPs and documentation for design education for further reference

Liason with HRBP/HRD training to complement needs and gaps in continous design training
