Youll work alongside a collaborative and solution-oriented team of professionals.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while meeting quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments, as well as environmental, health, and safety (EHS) targets. Day-to-day, youll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business, including Planning, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Quality, and Safety, while also managing customer relationships and external contractors.Youll specifically take care of defining and adjusting project strategies in collaboration with the Regional Center (RC) Projects Director and Customer Director, but also ensure operational excellence in project management processes and tools. Well look to you for Delivering projects in line with QCD, contract, and safety commitments Anticipating and forecasting project workload needs Leading and animating the project team to define priorities and achieve results Supporting the Customer Director in negotiating variation orders and claims Ensuring customer acceptance and satisfaction Managing cash flow and contributing to overall project gross margin Ensuring compliance with EHS rules and standards Maintaining operational interfaces with clients and external contractors All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
