Key Responsibilities

1. Modular Furniture Execution

• Prepare accurate

  cutting lists

  for all panel-based furniture (kitchens, wardrobes, storage, TV units).
• Create complete

  hardware lists

  with brand, quantity, and specification clarity.
• Verify

  modular drawings

  , panel sizes, and assembly logic with the factory team.
• Coordinate with CNC, edge-banding, finishing, and packaging teams to ensure error-free production.

2. Site Management

• Daily supervision of modular installation at site.
• Coordinate carpenters, installers, electricians, plumbers, and civil teams.
• Ensure

  site is ready

  for modular installation—levels, wiring, plumbing, tiling, civil readiness.
• Track progress, maintain checklists, and close snags daily.
• Raise red flags immediately if drawings/specs don’t match site conditions.

3. Client Coordination

• Communicate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies clearly.
• Resolve on-site issues with smart problem-solving, not delays.
• Record and track any client-initiated changes with proper approval.

4. Vendor & Factory Coordination

• Daily coordination with the factory for material dispatch.
• Ensure correct items reach site—no missing panels or hardware.
• Work closely with the purchase team to avoid material delays.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of

  modular furniture production

  —prelam, postlam, shutters, carcass build, hinges, channels, profiles, edge-banding, CNC operations.
• Ability to read and understand

  architectural + modular drawings

  .
• Ability to create

  cutting lists

  in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of

  hardware brands

  (Hettich, Hafele, Ebco, etc.).
• Excellent

  site execution

  skills—coordination, sequencing, quality checks.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership ability.
• Must take responsibility—no excuses.

• High discipline in timeline management.
• Ability to foresee issues before they happen.
• Experience with
