Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 7 to 13 years of experience to lead our solar power plant design and development team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of solar power plant design drawings, and experience in project management.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and ensure complete responsibility for projects from inception to handover to customers.
Assist functional teams in ensuring project deliverables meet critical parameters.
Manage solar business operations, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of solar power plant design drawings is essential.
Experience in project management, preferably in the solar industry.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
Travel to Africa may be required as needed.
A B.E or M.Tech degree is preferred.
