Role Overview

INCL Media Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Editor) who will be responsible for end-to-end management of editorial and digital media projects. The role requires strong expertise in 360-degree marketing strategy, content planning, social media execution, editorial quality control, and team coordination to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute 360-degree marketing and editorial projects across digital and social media platforms.
• Develop marketing strategies, creative plans, and execution frameworks aligned with project objectives.
• Efficiently handle and implement assigned projects from initiation to closure.
• Create detailed project plans in coordination with relevant team members.
• Monitor team performance, project activities, and timelines to ensure deadlines are strictly followed.
• Prepare and submit regular progress and status reports to clients.
• Ensure timely communication regarding project updates, feedback, and deliverables.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations using updated tools and features.
• Proofread and edit content to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and formatting issues.
• Create and edit films/videos for social media platforms and websites.
• Verify facts, dates, and statistics using standard and reliable reference sources.
• Manage project resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in 360-degree marketing strategy, planning, and execution.
• Strong experience in social media marketing, creative development, and multi-platform content execution.
• Certifications or updated working knowledge of industry-relevant tools for social media management, content creation, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong editorial judgment with high attention to detail, accuracy, and content quality.

Reporting & Coordination

The Project Manager (Editor) will coordinate closely with internal editorial, creative, and technical teams and will be responsible for direct client communication related to project progress, feedback, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
