Role Overview

INCL Media Group is looking for a skilled and creative Photographer & Videographer with strong hands-on experience in photography, videography, and video editing. The candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content for media assignments, events, digital platforms, and branded communication projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for events, government assignments, interviews, campaigns, and corporate projects.
• Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots as per project requirements.
• Edit photos and videos using professional editing software to produce broadcast and digital-ready content.
• Coordinate with editorial, social media, and creative teams to align visuals with content strategy.
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio, and composition during shoots.
• Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment.
• Deliver content within deadlines while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom.
• Good understanding of camera handling, lighting techniques, sound recording, and composition.
• Experience in media, digital content, or government/PSU projects will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Profile

• Candidate based in Delhi or willing to work from Delhi.
• Strong visual storytelling sense.
• Disciplined, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused.
