About the Role

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Videographer & Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality photo and video content for brands, social media, advertisements, events, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities Videography

• Shoot high-quality videos for social media, ads, reels, events, and corporate branding.
• Plan and execute video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Operate professional cameras, stabilizers, lights, and audio equipment.
• Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add transitions, effects, subtitles, and background music.
• Ensure consistent video style, color grading, and branding.

Photography

• Capture product photos, lifestyle shoots, portraits, corporate images, and event photography.
• Conduct indoor & outdoor photoshoots with proper lighting setup.
• Retouch and edit high-resolution images using Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom.
• Maintain visual consistency that aligns with brand identity.

Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the content & marketing team for creative ideas.
• Stay updated with digital trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok styles).
• Organize and maintain photo/video equipment.
• Manage file storage, backups, and project timelines.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

• Proficiency in DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Canon/Sony/Nikon).
• Strong understanding of studio lighting & natural lighting.
• Video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci).
• Photo editing (Photoshop / Lightroom).
• Knowledge of frame rates, lenses, composition, audio recording, and color correction.

Soft Skills

• Creativity and visual storytelling ability.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication & teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset during shoots.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Media, Photography, Filmmaking, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in videography/photography.
• Strong portfolio or showreel is mandatory.

Pay: ₹9,926.42 - ₹19,821.76 per month

Work Location: In person
