Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to manage and execute social media activities across multiple platforms. The role involves content creation, platform management, analytics tracking, and coordination with internal creative and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle daily social media activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, short videos, captions, and stories
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors for content execution
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly social media reports
• Stay updated with current digital trends, hashtags, platform updates, and best practices
• Support digital campaigns for government, PSU, and corporate clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media handling
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing
• Proficiency in content writing (English & Hindi preferred)
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling government or institutional projects
• Hands-on knowledge of reels and short-form video content
• Basic design sense (Canva / Adobe tools – added advantage)
