Project Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive requirement analysis and prepare detailed specifications (SRS, BRD, FRD).
  • Explain workflows and technical details to the development team.
  • Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Manage changes, client feedback, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with QMS standards and improve processes.


Qualifications:

  • BSc/BCA/BE/BTech in CS, MCA, MSc IT, or MBA (Operations).
  • 7–10 years’ experience, including 2–4 years in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
