We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead new project development, renovations, and refurbishments across our entertainment centers. This role will be instrumental in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to Smaaash’s brand and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and multi-site rollouts, with hands-on experience in entertainment, retail, hospitality, or large-format fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for new store openings, renovations, and refurbishments

• Manage design coordination, budgeting, timelines, and vendor execution across multiple locations

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

• Ensure adherence to approved layouts, brand standards, safety norms, and statutory compliances

• Drive project cost control, BOQs, billing verification, and budget adherence

• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans

• Liaise with central technical, operations, finance, and procurement teams for smooth handover and go-live

• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snag closure

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, MIS, dashboards, and status reports

• Support feasibility assessments, timelines, and capex planning for upcoming projects

Desired Profile

• Engineering graduate / Architect / Project Management professional

• 12–15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in entertainment, retail, hospitality, malls, multiplexes, or large commercial fit-outs

• Proven experience handling new store rollouts, renovations, and brownfield projects

• Strong understanding of civil, MEP, interiors, and coordination with technical systems

• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills

• Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving capabilities

• Willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements
