Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery of ServiceNow ITOM implementations (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, etc.) • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs. • Manage project lifecycle from initiation through delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. • Track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets to leadership. • Ensure successful integration of ITOM with existing ITSM processes and the CMDB. • Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, developers, architects, and platform owners. • Act as liaison between business units and ServiceNow implementation partners or internal developers. • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and organizational governance. • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports. • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications. • Support testing, change management, and user adoption activities
