Should have min of 10-15 yrs of experience SAP ECC Implementation Project experienceGood Experience in ACTIVATE MethodologyGood Experience in Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, Project Schedule, Cost and QualityInvolve in Business Process Management, requirement gathering, gap analysis and AS-IS TO-BE business processes document, using ASAP MethodologyManage all aspects of project management, business development, team development and mentoring. Set up the project management infrastructure for implementing a new ECC implementation based on ASAP methodology.SAP Project Phases, Methodolgy, Data Migration, Testing Types and Infrastructure BuildProject Kick Off and PlanningDefine Project Governance & Communication Plan Fit-to-Standard Workshop Scheduling & CoordinationRequirements Capture & Gap PrioritizationSpearheaded project management and lead team in overall product implementation.Track the execution and control the project progress and serve as the link to the Project Management Office (PMO)Perform Project Management activities, including task-level planning, resource assignments, personnel development, and related SAP PMO reportingWork with teams to develop testing scope, identify and manage risks within project management processes and standardsParticipate in weekly project management team meeting and communicated status, issues, and resolutionsConduct daily team meetings to track the status and progress of tasks.SAP ASAP Methodology or SAP Activate CertifiedAt YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
