Project Manager - SAP Implementation

Shrey Sports is a leading global sports equipment and apparel brand, known for innovation, quality, and excellence. As we scale our manufacturing and operational capabilities, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead our upcoming ERP transformation projects.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager who has successfully led end-to-end SAP implementations, preferably within manufacturing units. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in SAP B1 and/or SAP S/4HANA, with a track record of managing 5–6 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

• Lead, plan, and execute complete SAP implementation projects across various business functions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and SAP partners to ensure smooth deployment.
• Analyse business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, finance, operations, and inventory to align with SAP modules.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and project standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct user training and ensure successful adoption of SAP systems.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify process optimization opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of SAP project management experience.
• Must have led at least 5–6 complete SAP implementation projects (SAP B1 or SAP S/4HANA).
• Prior experience in manufacturing sector implementations is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules including MM, PP, SD, FI, and Inventory Management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent understanding of process mapping, ERP workflows, and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
