Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager Salesforce Coordinator who will act as a key liaison between the organization and the Salesforce implementation team. The role involves understanding business processes, managing requirement gathering, coordinating system implementation, and handling workflow and change management to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business users and the Salesforce implementation team.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from various departments.
  • Translate organizational needs into clear functional requirements for the implementation team.
  • Coordinate Salesforce configuration, customization, and rollout activities.
  • Manage process mapping, workflow changes, and system enhancements.
  • Evaluate change requests, assess impact, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system functionality, and ensure business readiness.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and automation aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain proper documentation for processes, workflows, and system changes.
  • Support post-implementation adoption and provide basic user guidance.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts and business processes.
  • Experience coordinating with technical or implementation teams.
  • Knowledge of workflows, approvals, automation, and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage change, prioritize requirements, and handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification is a plus.


Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in Agile or project-based environments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive user adoption and process improvement.

Location: New Delhi

6 Days working(only second Saturday is off)
