Responsibilities Accountabilities Develop and implement project management best practices, methodologies and tools to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. Track and ensure achievement of milestones at the cost fixed by the Management, and to ensure ROI. Achieve Profitability as per RFQ To ensure the effectiveness in sales turnover targets Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient project management to enable achievement of business units vision and goals Acheive value added order inflow Ontime submission of FAI Creating a project plan, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring that the implementation is on track and on time Ontime collection of Payments Identify and manage risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact. Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and recommendations, including the development of reports and presentations. Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of projects, including tracking project timelines, milestones and deliverables. Acheive production OTD Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, project status reports, and other relevant project-related materials. Identifying areas for improvement in the business units strategy implementation processes and driving continuous improvement.
