Lead and coordinate high-impact projects across multiple business verticals with strict adherence to timelines and budget.
Strategically manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, external partners
Drive cost leadership initiatives through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and implement frameworks for risk mitigation, compliance, and quality assurance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, and Commercial to ensure seamless project delivery.
