Qualification

M.Plan Urban / Regional / Transport Planning or equivalent

B.E Civil Engineering / B. Arch / B. Plan

Masters in Business / Infrastructure Management / Financial Management or CA or CFA

B.E. Civil Engg / B.Plan / B.Arch or any degree in Graduation

Masters in Business / Infrastructure Management / Financial Management or CA or CFA

B.E. Civil Engg / B.Plan / B.Arch or any degree in Graduation

Experience

10-12 years of experience of working in planning projects with hands on experience in regional planning / urban planning / transport planning, land use analysis, development co-ordination, planning procedures

Experience in working with large scale urban development/ urban transport / infrastructure housing projects

Programme management experience at state/ central level.

Total 10-12 years of experienceFocus areas - PPP structuring, Transaction Advisory, End to end Feasibility Studies management, Financial Modelling and Project structuring strategies

Exposure in prerparing PPP procurement documents including RFQ's, RFP's, Concession Agreements and Development Agreements

Exposure on projects implemented in PPP and understanding of various operating models like BOT, DBFOT, BOOT, HAM etc

Worked in areas of Urban Trasnport / Infrastructure / Growth Centre

Total 10-12 years of experience in financial structuring, project appraisals, innovative funding solutions, fund raising with short term and long term financing options for large scale infrastructure projects

Well versed with capial structuring including financial modelling and financial analysis and working on Project IRR, Equity IRR, DSCR, Cash Flow Analysis, Pay Back and NPV calculcations

Understanding of various models of development of large scale infrastructure projects including development in EPC and PPP modes
