Job Description

Job Description / Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end project delivery — from requirement gathering to final deployment.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Operations, and Clients) to ensure timely execution.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
Manage resource allocation, timelines, and budgets effectively.
Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and status meetings.
Track and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Communicate with clients/stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement processes.
Support in post-launch monitoring, issue tracking, and performance reviews.
Report project metrics and KPIs to senior management.

Education and Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Management / Computer Science.
